We are off to the Boarding School Association’s Deputy Heads’ Conference in Bristol this week. Come and visit our stand and you will have opportunity to win a Kindle Fire HD. All you have to do is simply guess the weight of this bag.

Unfortunately these bags are a very common sight at the end of term and they are often not packed properly and can not only exceed a safe Health & Safety weight limit, but items inside can easily get damaged or break.

Our New QR Code Tracking system launched!

It’s relatively peaceful at School Trunk now that the madness of a short Christmas break is over. This holidays we were delighted to have launched our new QR code tracking system. The labels are all printed out and distributed ahead of collection and have a completely unique code linked to an order. This in turn is linked to our own tailor made APP, which then scans the labels and logs each item as appropriate.

It was quite exciting to be able to watch, real-time, the movement of students’ belongings from rooms, onto lorries, into storage and in reverse.
